Welder Trainee

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior welders in daily welding and fabrication tasks.
- Learn and perform basic welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding under supervision.
- Prepare, clean, and set up metal components before welding.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies during welding operations.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions to improve technical and safety skills.
- Help in assembling machine frames and fabricated structures as per drawings.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the welding area.

**Educational Qualification**:

- ITI in Welder / Fitter / Fabrication or
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering (Freshers eligible)

**Key Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of welding and metal fabrication
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Ability to read simple mechanical drawings (preferred)
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail
- Safety-conscious and team-oriented attitude
