**Qualification: ITI/Diploma**

1. **Workshop In charge /supervisor** : 10-15 year Diploma(mechanical/workshop) workshop related all work

2. **Roll shop In charge**:10-15 year Diploma ( mechanical) mill roll shop maintenance work

3. **Roll shop Forman**: 10-15 year I.T.I (fitter ) mill roll shop maintenance work

4. **Roll shop fitter**: 8-10 year I.T.I (fitter) mill roll shop maintenance

5. **HRM mill Sr. foreman**:10-15 year I.T.I (fitter) Mill maintenance

6. **HRM mill Sr.fitter**: 5-8 year I.T.I (fitter ) mill maintenance

7. **Crane Maint. Sr. fitter**: 5-8 year I.T.I(fitter) Crane maintenance

8. **Hydraulic Sr. fitter**: 5-8 year I.T.I (fitter) hydraulic maintenance

9. **SR. welder**: 8-10 year I.T.I (welding) arc welding ,tig welding for maintenance

10. **Skilled helper cum fitter**: 2-3 year Graduate /12+ hydraulic + mechanical maintenances + crane maintenance
