**Job Description of Intern - Outreach (Events)**

**Job Description of Outreach Intern (Events)**:

- Market research on national and international events of schools and ministries.
- Assist projects to propagate Astronomy & Science awareness
- Smooth functioning of events
- Research relevant stories and articles to feature in our blogs.
- Assist with drafting surveys and collecting and analyzing responses.
- Welcoming participants during the event, on-site or outside of the company.
- Research on Govt. Schemes/CSR Grants/Ministry Tenders
- Managing Press Release data

**Job Specifications**:

- **Qualifications**: Bachelor or Master’s degree or a related field experience
- **Personality traits**: Ability to prioritize tasks, adaptability, & positive attitude.
- **Experience**: Fresher
- **Skills**: Market research, writing, event management, Public relations & communication.

**Deliverables at job**:

- Assist the outreach department with a wide range of projects related to day-to-day event operations and planning.
- Assembling materials for marketing brochures. Planning programming and logistics for openings and Members events.
- Gain firsthand knowledge about the premiere showpiece for many grassroots organizations — educating our members and business partners, and gain professional experience in communications, marketing, analytics, outreach, and event planning for a thriving organization.
