**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product’s direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journey maps to understand user needs.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with the company's brand identity.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs matches the intended user experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make informed design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
- Good understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and decisions.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
