**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, requiring 0 to 1 year of work experience. The sales Coordinator will support sales activities, manage order processing, and maintain effective communication with customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Sales Support (Mandatory skill)

- Customer Relationship Management: effectively managing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing sales data to drive informed decisions.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Time Management: Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Lead Generation: Capable of identifying and generating new business leads.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, creating and reviewing sales orders.
- Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and clients.
- Coordinate and manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage customer data in CRM systems.
- Analyze sales data to track and report on sales performance and identify trends.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
- Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-ups.

Looking for mainly to call in South and female telecaller who have experience in sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
