**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Verify data accuracy** by cross-checking information in the database with external sources (such as documents, official records, or background reports).
- **Identify discrepancies** or errors in the data and take necessary steps to resolve them promptly.
- Ensure that all data related to background checks (criminal history, employment verification, educational records, etc.) is entered correctly and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular audits of databases to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Communicate with team members to clarify missing or unclear information.
- Prepare detailed reports on the status of background verifications and update relevant records.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of care and professionalism.
- Maintain a focus on precision and accuracy, ensuring that all tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of the verification process and proactively ensure that all tasks meet the required standards of quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Sharp attention to detail** and a **focus on accuracy** in all tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent **problem-solving abilities** to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Previous experience in administrative work, data entry, or background verification is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in background verification or data management.
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹190,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
