**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant online projects through various platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and project management
- Ensure that all project deadlines are met and that projects are completed within budget
- Research and stay current on industry trends and developments in order to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all projects are executed successfully

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an online bidder or similar role
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience with online project platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)
- Ability to research and stay current on industry trends and developments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
