**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for TV broadcasts, promotional videos, and digital content.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to conceptualize and execute engaging motion designs.
- Enhance video content with typography, transitions, animations, and dynamic graphics.
- Design and animate lower thirds, logo animations, bumpers, intros, and explainer videos.
- Ensure smooth integration of motion graphics with video editing and sound design.
- Optimize animations for different platforms and resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Manage and organize motion graphic assets and templates for future use.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in motion graphic design, preferably in a media or production company.
- Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Animation Expertise: Strong understanding of 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, and motion tracking.
- Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to bring concepts to life with compelling motion graphics.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with video formats, rendering, and compression techniques.
- Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in motion graphics for television networks or digital media.
- Knowledge of 3D animation and rendering techniques.
- Understanding of scripting and automation in After Effects.
