**Job Title
- Shift Incharge**

Job Description: - We are looking for skilled shift incharge on daily basis you will supervise employees make sure they complete their assigned duties on time with the efficiency

Job Responsibilities are the following:

- Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- Ensure that daily production goals are met
- Train and integrate new workers
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
- Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
- Resolve conflicts between employees
- Maintain MIS report as per the requirement

- Ability to absorb and then fully communicate technical information and data
- Approachable, adaptable and solution-orientated
- Very organized, reliable and consistent
- Dedicated and Self-sufficient

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor in solar industry
- Full understanding of industry safety standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing up for long hours.
- Working well within a team
- Ability to multitask
- Leadership and conflict-management skills

**Education**

Diploma; A degree in Management is a plus

**Job Types: Full-time, Regular**

**Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month**
