- Languages known Hindi English
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
- Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement.
- Converting inquiries into admissions.
- Listening to student's concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way.
- Will be responsible for making calls on given data and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
- Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of counseling experience in an educational or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with current coaching admissions processes and education industry-specific trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
