**The position**
- As a Medical Advisor at Novo Nordisk, you will:

- Serve as a therapy area expert for the allotted product/portfolio.
- Lead medico-marketing activities in alignment with the medical affairs strategy.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and company procedures.
- Maintain mastery over the therapy area and relevant competitors’ products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as KOLs, doctors, and patients.
- Contribute to the generation and evaluation of new data for effective product promotion.
- Drive RWE generation activities in collaboration with medical colleagues and global counterparts.
- Support clinical operations in SEC submissions, site selection, and recruitment.
- Liaise with professional associations to build scientific advocacy.
- Identify and drive publication projects to address data gaps.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance medical education and scientific dialogue.
- Provide medical education and training to field staff and other stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, conferences, and CMEs.
- Address medical queries related to NNIPL products.
- Facilitate new product launches in collaboration with marketing and regulatory colleagues.

**Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role, you should have:
**Need to have**:

- MBBS/MD degree preferred with 1-2 years of experience in Medical Affairs/Medico Marketing.
- MDS degree with 2-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs/Medico Marketing.
- Strong expertise in the therapy area and product portfolio.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in medico-marketing activities.

**Nice to have**:

- Familiarity with regulatory laws and promotional strategies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
