**Overview**:
Billing plays a key role in keeping track of all sale & service transactions that have taken place and it’s a process of generating invoices for customers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis depending on the type of contract plan that a customer has chosen. This position will support our internal field admins/customer service representatives/account managers & onsite stakeholders in pertaining to the execution of invoices. Core competencies also include but are not limited to supervising their assigned portfolios, ensuring they execute every possible invoice, follow-ups on aging, minimizing the unbilled, etc.

- Process all billing received in System, Field Support and other billing sources in compliance with billing procedures set by Management.
- Perform all billing functions by designated deadlines and schedules.
- Prioritize daily workflow and maintain speed and accuracy of data entered.
- Work closely with department personnel to ensure that correct and complete information is captured for all entries.
- Analyze and understand scanned images from the field for accurate billing structure.
- Should be able to multi-task and meet billing deadlines.
- Responsible for managing, reviewing and coordinating with CSR for getting the required information for billing.
- Manage aged orders and follow up with onsite team in regard to execution.
- Ability to verify all required documents to process invoice.
- 0 - 6 years of Experience in Billing.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels and functions.
- Strong communicator (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
