Create content strategies, lead editorial teams, and ensure high-quality content aligned with North American market standards. Also write whitepapers and thought leadership articles

**Summary**:
The Editor-in-Chief will lead the content team in marketing department, overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of all content efforts. They will create high-level content strategies to establish the company as an industry leader, particularly with a North American flavour in language, and ensure that all content is aligned with marketing team goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Create and implement content strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Ensure that language is aligned with American English - spoken and written language.

Ideation, research and creation of white papers and long-form content.

Manage other content via copy writer and content writer

Establish content guidelines and ensure consistent quality across all content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive content initiatives for social media teams, support for tech team, sales team and HR team

**Required Skills**:
8-12 years of experience in content strategy and execution.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Proven ability to write compelling research-backed white papers and long-form content.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with B2B content, especially in the tech industry

Expertise in writing for North American markets.
