**Job Summary**:
The Mother Teacher is responsible for teaching and nurturing students in classes 1 and 2. This role involves providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can develop academically, socially, and emotionally. The Mother Teacher will help instill a love for learning and foster the growth of key skills in early education, such as literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Use a variety of teaching methods (e.g., storytelling, play-based learning, hands-on activities) to keep students engaged.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide personalized support to students with different learning needs.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
- Set clear behavioral expectations and manage student behavior with patience and empathy.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork among students, encouraging a supportive learning community.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain open lines of communication with fellow teachers, staff, and school administration.
- **Student Welfare**:

- Ensure the emotional and social well-being of students by offering support and guidance.
- Address any behavioral or academic issues with sensitivity and care.
- Help students develop important life skills such as problem-solving, cooperation, and resilience.
- **Record-Keeping**:

- Keep accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and behavior.
- Prepare reports and update student portfolios for parent-teacher meetings.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities that contribute to the holistic development of students.
- Encourage participation in creative activities like drawing, music, and sports.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to stay updated with teaching methodologies and educational trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Prior teaching experience, particularly with young children, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young learners.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Knowledge of child development and effective teaching strategies for early education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators and parents.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
