**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential leads and handle **inbound inquiries** regarding our educational programs.
- Understand customer requirements and **present product features and benefits** effectively.
- **Convert leads into sales** by explaining course offerings, packages, and benefits.
- Maintain **daily call logs**, track lead status, and update CRM with accurate information.
- **Achieve monthly sales targets** and contribute to the team’s revenue goals.
- Handle **queries, objections, and concerns** from potential customers professionally.
- Work closely with the **sales and marketing team** to optimize conversion strategies.
- **Follow up** with interested customers to close sales and ensure **excellent customer experience**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer support; **EdTech sales experience** is an added advantage.
- Excellent **communication and persuasive skills** in [English/Hindi/regional language].
- Strong **negotiation and objection-handling skills**.
- Ability to **work in a target-driven environment**.
- Proficiency in using **CRM tools, MS Office, and telecommunication systems**.
