Job Location : Mira road, Bandra, Marin Drive

a. Recording of all financial transactions occurring in the day in the relevant source books of entries (Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank, JVs, etc.) by the end of the day.

b. Day-end processing of bills, transfer/posting to appropriate ledgers in the appropriate systems for consolidation of accounting books at the regional/area level.

c. Prepare and file source and related documents like vouchers, bills, registers, etc.

d. Audit of assets at the center.

a. Prepare centre-level financial statements every month or as required by the RA.

b. Prepare daily cash inflow and outflow reports.

c. Prepare monthly reports for MIS, analysis and ad-hoc requirements as directed by the RAs.

d. Provide exceptional reports on risks and exposures arising due to non-collections, non-payments, expiry of rent or other agreements, lack of appropriate personnel, non-compliances, incorrect practices, non-implementation corporate directives, etc. at the center level.

e. Reporting of unusual transactions to the RAs that create deviation from expected results.

f. Ensure complete record of UEPs with respect to advances, revenue recognition and payments.

g. Report weekly status of revenue, receipts, executions, etc. to the Centre Head.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
