**1.**Trained Graduate Teacher.**

**(a)**Key Responsibilities.**
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, instructional resources, and assessments that cater to varied learning needs.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including technology-enabled tools, to enhance students’ understanding and interest.
- Monitor and evaluate academic progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Offer remedial classes or additional guidance for students requiring extra support.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning in students.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students’ progress and challenges.
- Address parental queries and collaborate to support students’ academic and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with colleagues, coordinators, and school management to achieve academic goals.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops for continuous professional development.

**(b)**Qualifications & Skills.**
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is mandatory.
- CTET qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Effective classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and adaptability to diverse student needs.

**(c) Additional Requirements**:

- A warm and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school’s mission and vision of holistic education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to the overall growth of the school.

**Compensation**: Attractive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
