**About the role**:
In the role of Corporate Computer Skill Trainer, you will play a vital role in helping employees to improve their computer skills and knowledge, which in turn can improve their efficiency and productivity at work.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Designing courses that cater the specific needs of employees or group. The courses may include topics such as computer basics, operating systems, productivity software, digital tools, and cybersecurity.-
- Preparing lesson plans which include learning objectives, materials, and activities that align with the course curriculum.-
- Delivering trainings.-
- Assessing progress to measure computer skills.-
- Providing feedback on the employees' computer skills, including areas that need improvement.-
- Creating learning resources, such as handouts, presentations, and online materials, to support the learning process.-
- Collaborating with other trainers or experts to improve the training program and keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the industry.-
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in computer technology, software, and tools to ensure that the training program is effective and relevant.**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**- Education and Qualifications: A Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.-
- Computer Skills and Knowledge.-
- Training Experience.-
- Instructional Design.-
- Interpersonal Skills.-
- Technology Skills including various digital tools and platforms, including learning management systems, online collaboration tools, and multimedia resources.-
