- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required.
- Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
- Verify and collect necessary documents like ID proofs, referrals, and insurance papers.
- Manage patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Follow confidentiality and data protection protocols strictly.
- Handle billing queries and assist in payment collection as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
