**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Management**:

- Provide visionary leadership and direction for the institute.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the institution's goals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture among staff and students.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
- **Academic Oversight**:

- Oversee curriculum development and implementation.
- Monitor academic performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Promote research and development activities within the institute.
- Encourage innovation in teaching methodologies.
- **Administration**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the institute.
- Supervise administrative staff and faculty members.
- Oversee the maintenance of facilities and resources.
- Ensure effective use of the institute’s budget and resources.
- **Student Affairs**:

- Promote student engagement and participation in academic and extracurricular activities.
- Address student concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the provision of adequate student support services.
- **Faculty Development**:

- Recruit, train, and retain qualified faculty and staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- Foster a supportive and motivating work environment.
- **Community and Industry Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
- Promote the institute through outreach and networking activities.
- Encourage collaborations and partnerships that enhance educational outcomes.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high educational standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
- Ensure continuous accreditation and compliance with regulatory bodies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a principal in an educational institution, preferably in IT or Polytechnic settings.
- Proven track record of academic leadership and administrative management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
