We’re Hiring a Food and Beverage Manager for Our Boutique Property in Himachal Pradesh

La Hault, a unique and vibrant boutique property nestled in the stunning hills of Himachal Pradesh near Manali, is looking for a passionate and dynamic General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. If you're someone with exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in hospitality, and a love for mountains and extreme cold weather, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
- **Staff Management**: Hire, train, and schedule staff. Ensure they provide excellent service and follow restaurant policies.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Control**: Oversee stock levels, manage food and beverage supplies, and place orders as needed.
- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor the budget, control costs, manage cash flow, and handle payroll.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and local laws.
- **Marketing and Promotions**: Implement strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and social media.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service, fast response times, and quality food.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handle unexpected challenges, whether related to staffing, customer complaints, or operational issues.
- **Leadership**: Lead by example, maintain morale, and create a positive working environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
