**Role Overview**
Are you a YouTube enthusiast with a passion for analytics, creativity, and storytelling? As a **YouTube Growth Hacker Intern**, you’ll take charge of driving ARULA’s growth on YouTube by creating content strategies, optimizing videos, and leveraging platform algorithms to reach a global audience.
This role isn’t just about managing a channel—it’s about crafting a powerful digital presence that changes lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Strategy**: Design and execute strategies to grow ARULA’s YouTube presence through engaging, impactful, and shareable content.
- **Video Optimization**: Master SEO for YouTube—optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Analytics Mastery**: Use YouTube Studio insights to track performance and refine strategies based on data-driven decisions.
- **Growth Hacking**: Experiment with new formats, trends, and promotional strategies to accelerate subscriber growth.
- **Collaborations**: Identify and pitch ideas to collaborate with influencers, educators, and creators in the autism and parenting space.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments and foster a strong sense of community on the channel.
- **Editing Skills**: Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that convey ARULA’s mission while keeping the audience hooked.
