- Develop and implement performance-based digital marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling ad copy and content for campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and ad creative.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are effective and competitive.
- Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in performance-based digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
