**Job Title**: Interior Site Engineer

**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Experience**: 3 - 5 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction process.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in interior site management.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in project management software, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in project management or construction safety are a plus.
