**GROWTH HACKER**

You'll be responsible to drive awareness, sales, and work with our team to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our brand. If you can devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share and user base, we’d like to meet you.
- **Responsibilities**

Researching and understanding the company's short-term and long-term goals.
- Identifying issues that are hampering growth for the business.
- Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.
- Designing and setting up experiments to test strategies that impact the business.
- Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.
- Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.
- Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets.

**Skills & Experiences (3-5 Years)**
- A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.
- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Skilled at A/B testing, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
- Creative, problem-solving, results-driven mindset and confident in your abilities to drive change.

Pay: ₹12,672.12 - ₹45,042.42 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
