Interior Site Supervisor

Bengaluru, India Veteran's Interiors Full time

1. Responsible for Site Measurements along with designer
a. Switch Points, AC points, Pillars, Beams, window area etc... Need to be observed carefully
2. Responsible to match the working drawings with Site measurements to get the accurate result.
3. Coordinate with designer to prepare Production cutlist
4. Follow up with Factory Supervisor/cutlist person to get material requirement
5. After receiving material requirement from the factory inform Purchase department about the same and follow-up the timelines
6. Follow-up with production manager regarding material production & Dispatch date Responsible for qualitative & quantitative check-up of material
7. Preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) along with designer
8. Coordinate with Carpenters/Vendors (Ceiling Vendor, Electrical Vendor, Painting Vendor Etc...) for timely completion of job
9. Visit sites on regular basis and must update everyday work status EOD
10. Quality check for obtaining standard finishes on site.
11. You have an eye for detail. Nothing escapes your scrutiny. No site execution goes wrong under your supervision
12. Minimum 3 works able to handle per month
13. Responsible for identifying new Carpenters/Vendors
14. Responsible for Identifying new clients and turn-up (incentives based on company policy for new turn-ups)
15. Ability to work with cross functional teams & diverse cohort in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
