**Key Responsibilities**:
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement sales campaigns.
Monitor and track sales targets, providing regular reports to the management team.

**Purchase Coordination**:Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms.
Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to optimize stock levels.
Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

**Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Foster positive relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication between sales, procurement, and other departments.

**Reporting and Analysis**:Generate and analyze sales and purchase reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and purchasing strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and/or purchasing roles, preferably in [industry/niche].
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and procurement platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
