As a Systems & Services Integrator, we help customers define processes, procedures, and operational responsibilities in a multi-vendor ecosystem to support their business operations. We provide consultation to our clients on Technology, Hardware, Software, IT infra, and help install, integrate, commission, and provide ongoing support towards sustaining their operations.
- Good understanding of the Operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- An experienced NAS storage professional
- Experience on Isilon &Unity NAS
- Expert knowledge of NetApp, Isilon and Unity knowledge along with CISCO, Brocade
- Provisions solutions based on standardized procedures as outlined by Client best practice documentation
- Participates in the design and operational execution of the customer's disaster recovery process as required
- Performs necessary storage infrastructure maintenance, and necessary data migration as required
- Replication sessions
- Troubleshooting if any error encountered during the replication sessions
- Establishing the replication sessions for new sites.
