Performance

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Should have excellent verbal and written communication skill.

Flexible to work in Support and AM work is necessary.

Knowledge of working on Pega Platform related tickets using Service Now Ticketing tool.

Follow project processes and maintain Project related documents on timely basis.

Flexible to work in shifts on rotational basis.
