1. Inspection of incoming Material like SMT Components, PCB, Resistance, Capacitor, Diode, ICs, Etc...

2. LCR report of PCBA, Verify all SMT Components value & body marking as per schematic diagram

3. Monitor and control process at EMS supplier end.

4. Ensure EMS supplier is following the process as per standards.

5. Ensure EMS supplier rework process as per standard.

6. Work with the supplier directly, create correction action plans to address process failures

7. Finding root cause of problems through analysis process to prevent further defects.

8. Knowledge of analysis tools like why why analysis, 8D, fishbone, etc...

9. Co -ordinating with supplier for defect resolution.

10. Basic knowledge of quality documents Inward checksheet, rejection details, root cause analysis.

11. Responsible for rework analysis, PPM Monitoring.(Rework done at EMS supplier, In process rework) Take appropriate action to prevent rework.

12. Knowledge of instrument like Multimeter, LCR Meter, Vernier Caliper etc.

13. Knowledge of process/SMT line like PCB Loader, Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow etc..

14. Work with Design and manufacturing team define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirement.

15. Assist with proto sample approvals.

16. Daily visit at EMS supplier end.
