Water, prune, and fertilize plants regularly to ensure their growth and health.
- Repot and transplant plants as needed.
- Monitor plants for signs of disease, pests, or other health issues and report to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including pathways, plant beds, and storage areas.
- Remove weeds and dead plants to keep the nursery tidy and visually appealing.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Assist customers in selecting plants and provide basic advice on plant care.
- Load and transport plants to customer vehicles when required.
- Work closely with the horticulturist and sales team to meet nursery goals.
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines provided by the supervisor.

**Education**: No formal education required, but a basic understanding of plants and gardening is preferred.

**Experience**: Prior experience in gardening or plant maintenance is an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic plant care techniques.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
