Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to the restaurant’s specifications and quality standards.
- Manage the bar’s appearance and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Oversee and manage bartenders, barbacks, and other bar staff, ensuring smooth operation during service hours.
- Train new and existing staff on bar techniques, customer service, drink preparation, and compliance with the bar’s standards.
- Conduct daily briefings with the bar team to discuss specials, promotions, and any service-related updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests are satisfied with their drinks and overall experience.
- Address guest complaints or special requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar, promoting positive guest interactions.
- Monitor stock levels, including alcohol, mixers, and bar supplies, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment.
- Work with the Bar Manager or Purchasing Manager to manage vendor relationships and place orders for supplies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
