**Duties**
- Must possess good working knowledge of all types of visas
- Attend walk-in clients, counsel and retain them
- Do follow-ups with inquiries as per need basis
- Keep regular follow up with clients for enrollments and their ongoing processes
- Maintain track of all inquiries, generate report and submit on daily basis
- Should meet or exceed targets assigned
- Target oriented self-motivated, team player and individual performer
- Must have abilities to convert and increase client retaining ratio
- Should be able to work under pressure to meet process deadlines/ goals
- Validate the documents submitted by the client, compile them and present them to visa officers for processing
- Maintain up to date and thorough communication with clients and become liaison between various departments and clients
- Conduct research on study/work/immigration opportunities and latest trends in immigration

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At least one-year of immigration industry work experience preferred
- Must have team player qualities
- Excellent communication skills and command over English
- Independent yet a good team player, willing to share, discuss, learn and teach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
