**Role**: School Coordinator JD
**Responsibilities**: As a Coordinator, you will lead all operational, enrichment and initiatives at the School. You will ensure that high standards of excellence are maintained by building a motivated, skilled team of educators, supporting a strong academic program, engaging families in their child’s education and creating a positive achievement-oriented school culture to facilitate holistic education that is inclusive of building 21st-century skills.
**Organization Culture**
- Setting a strong culture conducive to high-quality work and well-being of all stakeholders
- Creating a safe environment for students, educators and parents
**Academics**
- Oversee school activities and staff, including educators from Nursery to Grade 9
- Creating Yearly Planner, School Calendar, TimeTable; Parent Diary, Student Handbook, etc
- Look after schedules, timetables of classes and planning for substitutions
- To conduct classroom observation regularly and share feedback to the educators to improve the teaching skills and classroom management skills
- Modeling effective lessons and instructional strategies
- Identifying the need for training, structuring, planning and executing cohesive professional development opportunities for enhancing teaching skills for educators
- Implement new technology in schools to simplify procedures and day-to-day operations
**Data Analysis & Documentation**
- Overseeing collection and analysis of students data to drive school initiatives.
- Tracking progress of each educator against the Yearly planner
- Tracking formative & summative Assessments data
- Ensuring documentation of the entire life cycle of various expeditions across the grades
- Ensuring documentation and collection of effective plans/other resources from educators
- Staff surveys
**People Management**
- Leading the entire team of educators
- Monitor and observe educator and evaluate their performance
- Identifying educators’ potential and assigning the responsibilities to ensure they are given opportunities and mentoring.
- Distribution of work allocation to the staff members
**Parent Management**
- Leading PTAs & PTMs
- Monthly Newsletter to Parents
- Conducting Parent Surveys
- Responding to Parent Queries & Grievances
- Overseeing the design and implementation of the parent engagement plan for the year.
**Event Management**
- Plan, organize and coordinate all the events such as Parent Orientation, PTA, PTM, Field Trips, Sports Day, Annual Day, Special Events, Culminating activities and Competitions
- Leading all Events within and outside the School
- Networking with other Educationists and Experts in the industry
- Presenting the school at Educational Conferences & Community Gatherings
- Creating avenues in the school for educational conferences
Additional responsibilities include:
- Assisting management in all areas of school development.
- Participating in parent outreach / marketing initiatives
- Admissions counselling
**Skills and Qualifications**
Prior Experience of a minimum of 3 years in the field of educational management is required.
