**Job Description (office Assistant To MD)**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Secretarial and office work.
2. Day to day office operations, organizing and maintaining files and records.
3. Planning and scheduling of Meetings/ Appointments
4. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations.
5. Serve as a main point of contact for high level executives, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
6. Take dictation and minutes of meeting.
7. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
8. Organizing events and conferences.
9. Reminding MD for important meetings, appointments and tasks.
10. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
11. Managing Databases and filing system.
12. Implementing and maintain procedures / administrative systems
13. Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace.
14. Uphold strict level of confidentiality
**Qualification Required**
∙ MBA in Personnel management ( Regular College)
**Skills Required**:
∙ Highly develop communication skills (Written / Verbal)
∙ Interpersonal skills
∙ Time Management
∙ Planning Skills
∙ Analytical skills
∙ Calendar Management
∙ Experience required
- 5 to 10 Years’ experience in Research & development role reporting directly to Senior leadership
∙ Fluency in English (Written & Verbal Both)
∙ Proficiency in MS Excel and Google sheets
∙ Pleasant Personality and Highly presentable
∙ Residing within 15 Km of Radius from job location (Najafgarh industrial area)
∙
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
