**Job Overview**

RxDx Healthcare is seeking dedicated Nurses (GNM/ANM) to us join us. As a Nursing Staff, you will play a crucial role in providing basic clinical nursing care within the scope of practice defined by RxDx, while also participating in and managing health camps organized in various external locations such as societies and corporates. Your responsibilities will include patient care, health education, assisting doctors, and ensuring smooth operations at both the clinic and external health camps.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: GNM/ANM
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in clinical nursing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform clinical nursing duties such as specimen collection, sterilization of instruments, monitoring vital signs, and observing reactions to medications and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both in the clinic and during health camps.
- Provide nursing care to health check-up patients, ensuring all assessments and follow-ups are documented.
- Oversee the setup and smooth functioning of health camps at external locations like societies, corporates, and community spaces.
- Manage patient flow during health camps, ensuring timely and efficient assessment and consultation. Provide initial screenings, vital sign checks, and other necessary nursing interventions.
- Educate patients on general health, preventive care, and specific conditions, promoting wellness and self-care practices.
- Assist doctors and other medical professionals during health screenings and consultations. Help with any medical procedures that may be required during the camp.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies during health camps by providing first aid or coordinating with on-site medical teams for further care if needed.
- Ensure proper handling, usage, and maintenance of medical equipment used during the camp. Safely dispose of used medical supplies and ensure that hygiene and safety protocols are followed.
- Educate patients both in the clinic and at health camps about their health conditions, treatment options, and required precautions.
- Handle patient queries and concerns, providing guidance on health management and preventive care.
- Always maintain patient confidentiality, safeguarding all personal health information.
- Document and hand over all pending tasks at the end of each shift and camp to ensure continuity of care.
- Continuously evaluate the quality of care provided, both in the clinic and at health camps, and look for opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback on the camp's organization, patient care processes, and overall effectiveness.
