**Job description**

SCM Executive:
1. Aggressive follow-up and Good Communication Skills, (Customer/Suppliers/Third

Parties)

2. Knowledge about Ice gate and Customs procedure.

3. Knowledge about Advance License and DGFT works

4. Knowledge about chemicals handlining and end use of the products

5. Knowledge about import documentations

6. Manages post-contract activity as needed

7. Produces market / regional Proof of Performance upon campaign completion

8. Help Manage Rework Projects

9. Maintains account plans that support development and/or sustainment of

relationships with local agencies and/or direct regional contacts,

Import
- Bulk clearance profile.

Additional knowledge

1. Manage the import and export process by coordinating with suppliers, freight

forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and

accurate delivery of goods.

2. Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial

invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and customs declarations.

3. Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange transportation and track shipments to

ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.

4. Ensure compliance with import
- laws and regulations by staying updated on

changes in customs requirements and assisting with customs clearance procedures.

5. Assist in the preparation of import documentation for audits and compliance checks.

6. Maintain accurate records of import transactions, including invoices, shipping

documents, and customs declarations.

7. Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery

of goods to customers and suppliers.

8. Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely

payment of import duties, taxes, and freight charges.

9. Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with

suppliers for timely deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies.

10. Support the Import Manager and other team members on regular basis works and

also in analyzing market trends,
