**Job Title**: DSA Instructor

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and well-structured sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms using Java and/or C++.
- Create and maintain high-quality content, coding problems, and practice assignments.
- Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their coding and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in tech and incorporate best practices in training.
- Support curriculum enhancement based on student feedback and industry relevance.

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of core concepts in **Data Structures and Algorithms**.
- Proficiency in **Java and/or C++** programming.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Prior experience (internships, training sessions, or job roles) in mentoring or teaching is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Participation in coding competitions or online platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, etc.
- Exposure to problem-solving patterns and coding interview preparation.
