A community-based stitching and garment production unit is being set up in a tribal region of Gujarat to empower local talent through skill development and employment generation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about training, rural development, and production management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Training & Capacity Building**:

- Conduct hands-on stitching training for tribal women and youth.
- Develop easy-to-understand training modules and sample garments.
- Track trainee progress and maintain attendance/performance records.

**2. Production Supervision**:

- Oversee daily stitching and production operations.
- Manage quality control, raw material utilization, and production timelines.
- Coordinate with designers and buyers as needed.

**3. Team & Resource Management**:

- Mentor and upskill the local workforce.
- Assist in infrastructure setup and equipment maintenance.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and workplace hygiene.

**4. Reporting & Planning**:

- Submit weekly training and production reports.
- Propose improvements to workflows, output, and quality standards.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in stitching, tailoring, or garment production.
- Experience in rural/tribal training or NGO work is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in machine stitching (manual and industrial).
- Capable of managing production targets with quality.
- Patient, kind, and passionate about rural development.
- Basic understanding of local languages (Gujarati) is preferred.
