**About the role**:
The Reckitt a Data and Analytics (D&A) organisation owns and delivers the data and AI platform to better equip markets to improve their decisions and optimize their actions through the use of improved data, insights and advanced analytics The D&A team consists of five (6) key areas of expertise: Platform & Architecture, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Visualisation, Governance and Strategy & Operations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Taking leadersip of team of solution architects for the cloud data platform ensuring that the technologies, capabilities and processes adhere to the latest standards and continuously aligned to the rapidly evolveing needs of Reckitt
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the global and local Reckitt business units responsible for ensuring the harmony of all products running over the platform through the use of practical guardrails and standards to address real world problems
- Providing technical leadership on proof of concepts to establish architectural patterns and blueprints for new products and service offerings.
- Reviewing evolving requirements and working with stakeholders to make enhancements/changes to the architecture through a collaborative process with the product team(s) and D&A chapters (e.g. data engineering)
- Creating and delivering all architecture and design artefacts inline with global Reckitt IT&D processes.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- 10+ years experience working on data platforms with proven experience using data bricks over Azure and / or GCP (SA certification or similar from Azure or GCP highly valued)
- Proficient in designing and developing solution architecture artefacts (design diagrams, documentation, process flow) with deep technical details for review across multiple stakeholders and handshake technical documents to enable agile squads to deliver against designs
- Architecture design experience in to support the end to end data life cycle for data products (e.g. reporting, AI / ML use cases) including capabilities such as Data Observability, FinOps, MLOps and SecOps
- Solid experience in the Databricks and Azure technology stacks for data and related capabilities such as Data Cataloging
