Internship - Horticulturist

**Broad role**:
Completing the set up of Hydroponics, Aeroponics and Aquaponics and upgrading
the Nursery and Garden while leading the workers by example.

**Work and Life**:
Staying at the site (Matar, 40 KMs from Ahmedabad in our own serene campus along with support staff families). The workers workday comprises 10 hrs with three breaks.

But SPRAT's internship is not for the faint of heart - or of muscle Yes, this is tough - and that is why very rewarding: with immense learning, quick converion to regular job, multi-tasking satisfaction.

Researching, documenting, monitoring and maintaining nutrition and water quality, seeding, germinating, pest and insect control, leading the workers by example, planning and reporting. You will also help design innovative horticulture products and supporting gadgets

The interns are expected to study and research the technicalities of vertical farming and elementary agricultue.

The stipend range mentioned works depending upon the length of practical experience you have. In the very least you will be fully covered for your boarding, lodging, internet, mobile and local transport.

A regular job is guarateed on satisfactory completion of the internship.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
