**Objective**:
The Data Entry Operator - Finance & Accounts will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining financial data in the company's systems. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure that financial records are up-to-date and compliant with the organization's policies and accounting standards. Key

**Responsibilities**

1. Data Entry and Maintenance:

- Enter financial data into accounting software or databases with high accuracy.
- Update and maintain financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
- Verify and correct data entry errors to maintain data integrity.

2. Reconciliation Tasks:

- Assist in reconciling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
- Cross-check records to ensure they align with bank statements and financial documentation.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Organize and maintain financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and statements.
- Ensure proper filing of all financial data for easy retrieval and audit purposes. 4. Support to Finance Team:

- Provide administrative support for finance operations. o Generate reports as required by the finance or accounts team.

5. Compliance and Accuracy:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Education**:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Tally Prime.
- Familiarity with ERP’s (E.g - Zoho / Odoo / Equivalent is a plus).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial terms.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Accuracy of financial data entered.
- Timeliness in completing data entry and reconciliation tasks.
- Adherence to compliance and reporting deadlines.
- Quality of documentation and record-keeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
