**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)**:

- Should have hands on experience with setting up or modifying dunning rules (BRF+ is a MUST have skill set), set upmain/sub transactions, configure collection agencies and distribution of thecollection items within the agencies based on thresholds/percentages.
- Should have very good understanding of clearing rules, installment plan configurations andenhancements.
- Ourdunning rules are one of the complex rules out there, so we need a resource whohas excellent understanding of how dunning works within ISU.
