**Responsibilities**:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting principles.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Handle statutory compliance related to PF and ESI, including timely filing of returns, remittance of contributions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Monitor and reconcile PF and ESI accounts, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Coordinate with relevant government authorities, such as PF and ESI departments, for queries, inspections, and audits.

Prepare and submit PF and ESI reports as required by law.

Keep up-to-date with changes in PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.

Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate deductions related to PF and ESI.

Verify and process PF and ESI claims, resolving any issues or discrepancies.

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding PF and ESI matters, answering queries and resolving concerns.

Collaborate with the HR department to ensure seamless integration of PF and ESI processes with payroll and employee benefits administration.

Maintain confidential employee records related to PF and ESI contributions, claims, and other relevant documents.

Conduct periodic internal audits to assess compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

Assist in overall financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are advantageous.

Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably with a focus on statutory compliance related to PF and ESI.

In-depth knowledge of PF and ESI regulations, including filing procedures, contribution rates, and compliance requirements.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Good communication skills to interact with employees, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

Knowledge of payroll processing and related deductions is preferred.

Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations is a plus.
