Job Title : Pile Foundation Design

Qualification : M.E. / B.E. in Civil

Job Description:
Job Summary : Responsible for preparing the Pile Foundation designs of the tower and other sub station (civil) structures for pre-bid phase and contract execution phase.

Key Accountabilities : Duty Statements

Pre-Bid Design:

- Prepare the Technical Abstract.
- Prepare technical quarries.
- Develop Tower pile & foundation design and drawings require in the tender submission

Execution of Contract:

- Able to interpret the soil investigation reports and select suitable Pile design parameters after detailed study of the reports.
- Should have expertise in Modelling the piles and simulated the soil structure interaction through finite element software’s.
- Should be familiar with the codes of practice like EN, ACI, BS, IS etc.
- Any developments pertaining to reducing the design cycle time like macros in excel, excel spreadsheets for Pile Designs would be considered and added advantage.
- Should have attended prototype tests pertaining to uplift / compressive capacities of piles in the field.
- Issue the drawings to site/client
- Reply the comments received from client
- Coordinate with site at the time of project execution and commissioning

CAPABILITY REQUIRED:
Knowledge (Technical / Functional):

- Knowledge of Pile Foundation Design Engineering - Particularly basic knowledge of pile foundation related to Transmission / SS, various techniques etc.
- Working knowledge of
- PLS tower and CAAD
- Itower
- AutoCad
- Pile Software
- Knowledge of design Codes
- EN /BS codes
- IEC /IS codes
- ACI/ASCE codes
- Project Country specific codes
- DIN codes.

Essential Skills/Expertise required:

- Analytical skills : Analyses issues and breaks them down into their component parts. Makes systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information
- Proficient in MS Office
- Oral and written communication skills

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Design: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
