**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in tele calling, sales, or customer service.

**Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.

**Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic digital platforms.
- Persuasive skills and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
