**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate leads in the interior design sector through various channels (networking, referrals, partnerships, etc.)
- Conduct meetings and pitch interior design services to prospective clients with a focus on high-end residential and commercial spaces.
- Deliver compelling presentations that align with client needs and effectively communicate the design intent and company capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand the design philosophy, service offerings, and project workflows.
- Provide creative and strategic input during design discussions, backed by a good sense of aesthetics and space planning.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and scope documents in coordination with the design and operations team.
- Stay up to date with interior design trends, materials, and software tools.
**Key Requirements**:
- 4+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the **interior design, architecture, or related sectors**.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of interior design concepts and basic technicalities.
- Familiarity with commonly used design software such as **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar**.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both creative teams and clients.
- Professional, confident, and client-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
