**Educational Qualification**:
M. Sc. in Chemistry, B. Ed. (Must)

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver lessons to students at the secondary level.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and challenge students.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment in the classroom.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop curriculum and support student learning.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and keep up-to-date with educational research and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with B.Ed. from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of technology for teaching and learning, including MS Office Suite and educational software.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessments.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
