**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Leverage Java for automation testing, ensuring effective coverage of test scenarios.
- Use JMeter for performance testing, analyzing the results to identify bottlenecks and potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery, identifying areas for improvement in processes and tools.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- ** Java**: Strong experience in writing test automation using Java.
- ** JMeter**: Proficiency in performance testing with JMeter.
- ** Debugging Tools**: Experience with logging tools like Splunk for debugging and troubleshooting.

**Nice to have Skills**:

- ** Application Performance Tools**: Experience with tools like Dynatrace, New Relic.
- ** Containerization and Orchestration**: Familiarity with EKS, Kubernetes, Docker.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
