**Job Requirement: Nursery & Playgroup Teacher**

**Position**: Nursery and Playgroup Teacher
**Location**: Playschool Tippy Toes
**Salary**: ₹10-12,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in teaching

**Preferred**: Diploma or degree in **Early Childhood Education** (ECE), **Nursery Teacher Training (NTT)**, or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for nursery and playgroup children.
- Promote the development of social, motor, and cognitive skills through engaging activities.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and interactive classroom environment.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of children during school hours.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure smooth operation of the school.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s progress and behaviour.
- Administer assessments and provide regular feedback on children's development.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in teaching, preferably in a nursery or playgroup setting.
- **Strong interpersonal skills** with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- A passion for working with young children and fostering their early development.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging lesson plans that promote holistic child development.
- **Additional qualifications in foreign languages or music** will be considered an advantage.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome children, parents, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, tours, and meetings for parents and staff.
- Manage and maintain student registration and other administrative records.
- Handle and respond to parent inquiries, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Support the marketing team by creating and distributing promotional materials (e.g., flyers, posters).
- Assist in organizing and executing school events and activities.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Assist with social media updates and content creation for the school's marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the teaching and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Confident, smart, and presentable with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge or interest in marketing and promotional activities.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area efficiently.
